Community Hours
For Clients and Members
When the mind and emotions become overwhelmed, our Western cultural tendencies often leave us with no time or space to process, and likely we try to go at it alone. Phones, social media and technology only make us feel more isolated and disconnected from one another. Community Hours began so that we can get back to the roots of our Beings; to the ritual of coming together.
Whether you need a hug, or a quiet space to come that’s away from your home environment, a place to cry tears without judgment, a place to take a nap, move your body with music in the large studio, do a puzzle, journal, meditate, read, or stretch, or to have a cup of tea and verbally process, I welcome you.
Additionally:
The Infrared sauna will be available for booking during Community Hours at an additional cost. If you know the sauna is something you want to take advantage of you can fill out the form below to reserve so I can have it heated up and ready to go for you. There will only be time for one person to use the sauna in any given Community Hour.
Community Hours are open for free to clients of RMA Therapeutic Massage & Kim Corpus LMT. If you are not a client and you are interested in attending please fill out the form below. Interested parties will be added to the mailing list for available weekly hours announcements and will be required to sign a Rules of Engagement and Waiver.
